June 30 - July 3, 2012: SAET will have its 12th conference at University of Queensland, Australia. The conference will feature three days of talks followed by a day-long excursion to Noosa. A description of the excursion may be found here. Registration for the trip is available on the University of Queensland's conference webpage.

Registration is now open. Please use the link to the right. The registration fee is $300 USD per person. The Society offers an early registration discount. Registrations made on or before May 12 will cost $200 USD per person, and registrations made between May 13 and 31 will cost $250 USD per person. Student registrations are available at half price. These fees include lunches, a reception, refreshments during the conference, and a conference dinner.
Please note that Australia requires travel visas, even for American and European citizens. These visas may be obtained electronically for passport holders from Brunei, Canada, Hong Kong, the EU, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, and the United States via the Australian Government's Website.
